I have used Femme Propre just before the lockdown ensued. Though Dina could not send any of her team over to me, what I appreciated the most were her home videos made available on Instagram that would help me with the upkeep of my home until the lockdown was lifted. She is extremely helpful and the team are extremely efficient. Whenever I have had a query, it would be responded to immediately without hesitation. After a visit from Femme Propre, my home is always left looking amazing and my fears of getting into every corner is elongated because I know I will be helped and advised on how to maintain it between cleans.

I could not recommend Femme Propre enough! Booked in a deep clean as I really wanted to have my home prepared before baby is due. I came home to a spotless house and couldn’t be happier! You can tell time and care was taken, house smelled fresh and could not find fault anywhere. Very professional and high quality cleaning, I’ll be booking in again for sure.

We've been using Femme Propre since July 2020 and cannot reccomend their services enough. Dina is a true professional and loves what she does which really shows in her work. She (and her team) are trust worthy and reliable. I've hired cleaning services for 15+ years and can say FP is one of the best. I would also like to add that when Dina started in 2020 I had just had a newborn baby and both my Husband and I have been WFH. It is not easy to work around a full house but from the outset Dina has been flexible around my baby's naptimes and any work calls we have had to take. I'm very happy to have found her as whether I'm home or not I have 100% peace of mind.

This was for an End of Tenancy clean and I will be u sing Femme Propre again for any cleaning needs in the future, especially deep cleans or EOT cleans. The service was easy to book (and they were kind enough to squeeze me in last minute).Dina was lovely and got to work straight away. The place was spotless at the end and even the landlord emailed and thanked me for leaving the place spotless before their next tenant.100% would recommend!

Great service! The house is always spotless after Dina’s visit (despite the best efforts and sabotage of our lockdown puppy).I particularly value that Dina makes an effort to work out how we live, so things are put away in their correct place. She’s super efficient and precise.I highly recommend!!
